Hi, I'm Sanu. I'm a Systems Engineer at a UK managed service provider, supporting around 40 businesses remotely.

What I do

Day to day I look after Microsoft 365 tenants, identity and security, devices, backups, phones and networks for small and medium businesses. Most of my week is turning "it's not working" into a clear cause and a clean fix.

This site is where I share what I learn: a daily brief on the updates that matter, home lab builds, tutorials I wish I'd had when I started, and what new AI tools actually mean for IT teams.

Currently building

A full Windows home lab: a domain controller with DNS and DHCP, Windows 11 test PCs, and next, Group Policy, a second DC, Acronis backups, UniFi networking and hybrid identity with Microsoft 365.
